Hereβs how to create your own custom flow in My Yoga Timer.
Tap the + button to create a new flow. Tap the title field to give your flow a name β something short and clear, like:
You can edit this anytime later.
Tap the + button to open the Pose Library.
A flow can include a mix of:
Tap any items you'd like to include. Numbers will appear to show the order.
When you're ready, tap "Add Poses" at the bottom.
Theyβll be added to your flow in that order β but donβt worry, you can drag and drop to rearrange them later.
Each pose includes:
An image
A label (e.g. Downward Dog, Inhale)
A duration β default is 30 seconds (tap to change seconds or switch to number of breaths)
A Left/Right toggle, if applicable (tap the pose image to switch)
You can change the order of your poses anytime:
Tap and hold a pose to drag and drop it
Or use the up/down arrows on each pose
Sequences are pre-built groups of poses shown as a stack:
Tap the stack to expand or collapse
When collapsed, you can move the whole sequence as one item
When expanded, you can reorder or edit individual poses inside
Want to group poses you've added individually?
To group poses:
This creates a New Sequence within your flow.
You can adjust the Left and Right toggle to apply to the entire group - useful for if you are repeating a set of poses on the other side.
From the three-dot menu on the sequence, you can:

Currently, sound settings apply globally β not per flow.
Before you press Start, tap Play Settings to adjust:
These will apply to all flows until you change them again.
You can also set global defaults under Settings in the profile menu.
Your flow saves automatically β so you can tap the back arrow anytime without losing progress.
Once it's ready:
β¨ You can edit or duplicate your flow anytime.
